Acronis Disk Director is a comprehensive software package that includes:

• partition manager that allows you to copy, move and resize any partition in Windows and Linux without the risk of data loss;
• partition recovery tool for recovering hard disk partitions;
• a boot manager that allows you to install multiple operating systems on one PC and manage their booting;
• a hard disk editor that allows you to manually edit hard disk entries.

During installation, you can create backup boot disks (floppy disks) that can be used to manage partitions on a computer with any installed operating system.
