Cobian Backup is a free program that allows you to schedule backups of individual files or directories by moving them from a specific directory to other folders/drives on the same computer or on a remote server on the network. Can be installed in two versions: as an application and as a Windows service. The interface is simple and contains all the necessary options for staged backups. The user only needs to specify the time, source, and destination. Takes up little resources and can run as a background process, checking backups and saving backups when needed.
