Cool Reader is a convenient program for reading e-books. It supports text reformatting for any font size, smoothing (antialiasing) of screen fonts, a fully customizable palette, a textured background, and auto-scrolling. All this allows you to reduce the load on your eyesight. Text reading by voice is supported if the TTS engine is available.
