Memory Cleaner is one of the easiest utilities to assess your PC's memory usage and optimise its use. Unlike others, it uses the built-in capabilities of Windows to free up additional memory and thereby improve system performance.
The main window of the software will show you the information about RAM usage, swap file size, virtual memory, you can see the maximum/minimum/medium memory usage for the time the utility is running. If RAM usage exceeds 60%, the developers advise to reset current processes ("Trim Processes Working Set" button) and clear system cache ("Clear System Cache") - it should help to optimize RAM usage.
It's worth noting that Memory Cleaner has a very simple interface and was specifically designed for inexperienced users who don't have any knowledge in RAM management.
