WinSCP is a free, feature-rich SFTP/SCP/FTP client that allows you to securely copy files between a PC and a remote SSH server supporting these protocols.
It allows you to perform all basic operations with files and directories, such as uploading and downloading files, renaming, creating and changing properties of files and folders, etc. Its advantages include integration with the popular PuTTY utility, support for both SSH-1 and SSH-2, different authorization types, multilanguage interface and much more.
