Epic Pen is a handy program for Windows that lets you draw on the computer screen - on the desktop, in the window of open applications, documents, folders, etc., which can be handy for presentations, screencasts, or for creating annotations.
The program interface is designed as a vertical bar that can be dragged and dropped anywhere on the desktop. The tools Pencil, Marker, Eraser are available, you can adjust the size of the brush, choose a color, and there is a quick cleanup tool.
