oCam Screen Recorder is an excellent free program for video recording all user actions on the monitor screen. Literally, one click of the mouse records any part of the screen - there is a set of ready-made frames from very small to full-screen size, but if you want you can "stretch" the recording window to any convenient.

In addition to video capture, the program also easily creates screenshots.

After you install and launch the application you will see a laconic window with the main functions and settings - video capture, screenshot, window size selection, options, codecs. In the codecs section, select the file format you want to save your video in - avi, mp4, flv, MOV, ts, vob. The file format for screenshots is defined in the options, it can be jpg, png, bmp, gif. Also in the settings (options) you specify the folder for saving the recordings, set the bitrate, and for video, you also set the FPS. When recording video in full-screen mode, you stop by pressing F2.

In general, oCam Screen Recorder is a really handy tool for video capturing, which is not overloaded with "unnecessary" settings and functions, perfectly coping with its task.
