AVS Video Recorder is a program for capturing video from various sources (DV and VHS camera, webcam, TV tuner, etc.) with the ability to further save the finished file in the format you need.
With the help of this application, you can convert video directly into MPEG-2 instead of the hardware uncompressed format and digitize old video cassettes into MPEG-2 or MJPEG formats.
