Alcohol 52% Free Edition is a free version of the popular CD/DVD drive emulator with which you can easily create disc images and load them into virtual drives, thereby eliminating the use of optical discs. In contrast to Alcohol 120%, there is no function for burning discs from the image, and the number of installed drives is limited to 6. In addition, we should note the support for a large number of CD and DVD formats. Support for the Russian language is available.
Key features of the program:
- Supports standard CD/DVD reading mode and CD-RAW reading mode (read between tracks).
- Creation of up to 6 virtual drives, allowing to work with images at a speed of 200x.
